Tips
- Allow extra time for check-in and connections.
- Drink more water than you usually do during your flight.
- Drink any caffeinated or alcoholic beverages in moderation.
- Conduct the exercises as described below and walk if possible regularly down the aisle. Always follow instructions given by cabin crew.
- Eat lightly.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Even though the noise in the aeroplane has been greatly reduced during the last few years, you will find it easier to relax if you wear ear plugs.
Exercises
We have developed in total 6 different exercises. They will help improve blood circulation and massage muscles.
Each exercise is set up to ensure you do not disturb fellow passengers. You should not carry out these exercises if they cause you pain or if they cannot be carried out with ease.
